In 2014, Chef Gavin Kaysen left New York and returned home to Minneapolis to open his first restaurant, Spoon and Stable. In late 2015, he sat down with Emily Eaton of Eaton Intermedia to reflect on Spoon and Stable’s first year, and the journey that lead him here.
